Growing immigration in many countries calls for caregivers and health care professionals to develop intercultural awareness and communication competences that will enable treat and prevent diseases in an increasingly culturally diverse healthcare context. Migrants’ intercultural awareness program
We work with government entities and humanitarian organizations to support the integration of asylum seekers and refugees. This cultural awareness workshop aims to enhance refugees’ knowledge of host culture, lifestyle and enhance their integration. On the other hand the seminar will also enable social workers and humanitarian organization supporting migrants to gain knowledge of the culture from which the asylum seeker is coming from. Upon client request an analytical geopolitical and sociocultural situation of the country will be presented.

GILEC cultural diversity program aims at strengthening the famous “fair play” slogan that promote tolerance and respect of cultural differences in sports. We support sport federations, national leagues and clubs in initiating innovative programs or campaigns that fosters cultural diversity.
